My Angels for this week are Was Taters, Gaijin Dan, Jody and Space Jawa. Jody, Taters and I all chose the same panel for Hawkeye #3 initially, but Taters and I decided to choose others for the sake of showing off how excellent this comic is. Bro.

That was a fun set this week. Here’s a video I stumbled upon just the other day that I dug. Someone doing a pretty spot-on Mark Hamill impression while reciting the speech from Killing Joke, animated in CG.
Also, since Taters got this stuck in my head, enjoy this catchy Macklemore video.
(Damn, that’s a cold-ass honky!)
Man I could just look at the girl from Cross Manage’s face all day. Her expressions are just so crazily contagious and cheery that life feels pretty good.
by Maxy B October 21st, 2012 at 22:27 --replyThat is a horrible drawing of Fourarms. Dude couldn’t even get the color right! Also, I’m wondering why Kara has a heart-shaped polygon over her business.
In other news . . . friggin’ Cartoon Network withholds Young Justice from us, so the comic is the only source to hear Jamie Reyes’ semi-psychotic armor mouthing off.
by Jason October 21st, 2012 at 23:02 --reply@Jason: The coloring is different because the lights had been dimmed in-between those panels.
by Gavok October 21st, 2012 at 23:20 --replyThe current Loki situation is unclear to me but has me very curious. The art doesn’t hurt, either.
@Jason: I generally try to ignore that element of her redesign but they do seem to “put her business out there” in that particular panel, don’t they?
by West October 22nd, 2012 at 02:38 --replyI flipped through Ultimate Spider-Man and I couldn’t for the life of me follow what was happening from panel to panel. It’s a bad way for Spider-Man to be.
by Don Druid October 22nd, 2012 at 05:48 --replyOh dang, Juggernaut is back?
and now I can’t un-see the S-shield over Supergirl’s junk. Weird place for detail work.
by david brothers October 22nd, 2012 at 06:37 --replyMagik figured out how to make Cytorrak let Piotr go, so looks like Cain got all his groove back.
by Prodigal October 22nd, 2012 at 21:47 --replyThe explanation in Dark Avengers is that Man-Thing was able to tap into an alternate universe where Cain Marko was dead and Cyttorak had nobody to share his powers with.
