Oh, Batman. So that’s what it would take to make you kiss a girl, huh?
For those of you who haven’t been following, the femme fatale, realizing that she was going to be caught by Batman, shot herself. At the last minute, she recognizes Bruce under the cowl and begins to call his name. The police are there, so to cover his identity he kisses her. And she dies, Batman having stifled her last word.
Now I really want there to be an issue thirteen, just to see Commissioner Gordon sputter out a ‘Oh, holy jesus,’ or something while the cops behind him are like, ‘THAT is what Batman is into? I am gonna tell my wife to just go ahead and get mugged if it comes to that, from now on. What a freakjob.’

Maybe he heard somewhere that when you kiss people it conveniently erases the memory of your secret identity.
@ Zen: He also tried pulling his logo off his chest and throwing it at somebody. Instead of it turning into a giant piece of cellophane, his only results were revealing his hairless chest.
