The Life and Times

It’s a great story, with fantastic art, and I’ve loved it ever since I first read it (which was as an adult). I like it so much that Boom! Studios’ rerelease of the series in a couple hardcovers has been tempting me, even though I own an older Gemstone edition.
It’s the story of how Scrooge McDuck went from pauper to super rich fat cat. There are tons of real-life guest stars, all done up ducks-style, and it’s just a rocking good story. Boom! posted a few pages of the book on their press site and said that we can post them around. So, y’know, enjoy. I have fantastic taste, and believe me when I say that this is a classic book.
I snagged the first one when it came out. Well worth it, though I’ve had to move getting the second one back on my list sadly…

Fun and interesting story. Also like how Scrooge isn’t a completely clear cut evil rich guy but more of a well rounded guy.
Also baby Donald makes me … you have no emotes for “that’s adorable”
that’s obscene David Brothers

It IS a fantastic story, though. Appropriately epic.
