This was a really good episode! You guys should do more like it, when you just talk about things around comic books, rather than actual comic books.

by LurkerWithout March 14th, 2011 at 15:35 --replyI am pretty surprised that you haven’t seen Blade Runner David. As for another movie that doesn’t look dated, 2001: A Space Odyssey the technology all looks pretty legit and that is an impressive feat for a movie 40 years old.
by Rick March 15th, 2011 at 05:10 --replyHow old is Dick Grayson, because it seems he is aging and catching up to Bruce Wayne.
by Kyle J March 15th, 2011 at 10:28 --replyI’ve always operated under the impression that Alfred calls Bruce “Master Bruce” as a nod to how long he’s known Bruce, not as a subservience thing. Master is the somewhat archaic way of referring to a young man, as opposed to Mister. If Alfred were being proper and formal, he should call Bruce “Mister Wayne”.
So yeah, Alfred treats Bruce like a little kid. 😉
by Scoops March 19th, 2011 at 11:54 --replyI was just about to post the same thing that Scoops posted. Yes, it’s because Alfred has known Bruce since he was a child when he would have been referred to as Master Bruce (as opposed to as Mister Bruce).
